Cost Share and Planning Resources

Here you can download information about cost-share programs to help pay for your Nutrient Management Plan and other planning resources that you may require. These resources can also be found on the MDA Financial Assistance webpage and the MDA Technical Assistance webpage, which may have additional information that you need.

Using the drop-down menu below, you can download information about the Maryland Water Quality Cost Share (MACS) program, Maryland Cost-Share Assistance for NM plans and information about the Conservation Reserve Enhancement Program. You may also be able to get financial assistance through the EQIP program through the Natural Resources Conservation Service (if your NM consultant is a qualified Technical Service Provider). Check the NRCS webpage and with your NRSC representative at your local Soil Conservation District office, for further details.

Your local Soil Conservation District Office will also be able to provide you with information that is required for your NM plan (such as maps, aerial photographs and Tax ID numbers).   Also remember to consult your regional MDA Nutrient Management Offices for assistance on any aspect of this program.

Please note: Some of these files are quite large and may require a few minutes to download over a 56K Modem. File sizes are noted in square brackets
