If an individual requests development of a plan more than sixty days prior to the applicable date to have a plan for their operation, they will be considered to have met the deadlines for plan development. However, it is important to note that this does not apply to implementation of the plan. While you may get a delay in plan preparation, the dates for implementing a plan do not change.
